JoomlArt has just released their 2nd June 2008 template called JA Kulanite.
The template immediately draws your thoughts to Cnet.com and indeed they even sport a cnet review video on the front page.
RocketTheme has launched RT Hyperion and it is a very nice template indeed.
It sports not only some extremely nice modules, a ton of module positions (20) but also 12 (twelve) color options, ranging from dark to light to purple.
As if that was not enough, they have also squeezed in several new and improved Module Extensions. Needless to say, this is a very versatile template!
JoomlArt released JA Galena on May 7th (We are running WAY behind in our reporting due to the break earlier).
JA Galena is not what you would classify a professional business template by any means, it is very artistic and JoomlArt state it to be of a mysterious spiritual kind. I guess I could buy that.

It comes with their nice JA NewsMoo module which allows you to set up articles with an image and will slide on mouseovers; the template also comes with their JA Slideshow which has several display options ranging from fading to a Ken Burnes effect to zooming and sliding.

It sports a nice Web 2.0 look with a dash of inspirations like a popdown for the login box and User Tools and JA Tabs in the bottom with a rather sweet option to display modules or content.
